Quynh Cao has more than 10 years’ experience in full cycle payroll processing. Quynh is a Certified Payroll Professional and a member of American Payroll Association. She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Quynh earned her M.B.A from University of Dallas in 2004. After graduation, she rose through the ranks from payroll analyst to payroll manager working for United Auto Credit, Epicor, JBS Swift & Co, Molina Healthcare, and Hyundai Capital America. Although she was on the fast track to move up the corporate ladder, she founded QC Payroll & BookkeepingServices, Inc. to pursue her entrepreneurial dream.
Her clients enjoy her openness and ability to help them operate their business in a more time and cost efficient manner.
Thuy Ly
Thuy Ly has more than 10 years’ experience in accounting….. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. With her ability to learn new processes and programs, Thuy quickly rose through the ranks from accounts payable clerk to accounting manager working for Dawn Food Products and JBS Swift & Co. Although Thuy was in the right position to advance in the corporate world, she decided to partner up with Quynh and QC Payroll & Bookkeeping Services, Inc. to pursue her dream of working independently.
Thuy’s strengths are her desire to work more efficiently, ability to learn & adjust to new platforms and her strong ethical morals. Her clients really enjoy working with her because they know they’re in good hands.
GARRETT VALENCIA
Garrett Valencia has not only more than 5 years of experience in full cycle payroll processing but also takes pride in mastering ever changing Human Resources information systems. He is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified TSheets PRO.
His knowledge has been proven and acknowledged in large corporations such as Hyundai Capital America and Fortune 500 Molina Healthcare, Inc. Although Garrett was quickly moving up the ranks in the corporate world, he decided to partner up with Quynh and QC Payroll & Bookkeeping Services, Inc. to pursue his true passion for working directly with small businesses.
Garrett’s strengths consist of studying clients’ challenges and proposing solutions via implementation of process improvements and business applications. His clients enjoy his willingness to fully ensure successful business operations.
